As I look at the Indian ocean
watching the waves in motion
My heart screams out in commotion
Will she ever understand my emotion?

I look up to the sky
pleading god to justify
Within me I feel a rattle
feels like I am losing this battle

How could you do this to me? I plead
There is no answer as my heart bleeds
My heart that bleeds in the pain of love
which till yesterday was a beautiful symbol of dove

So many questions but no answer
This never ending love that spreads like cancer
thinking of memories I wonder
My love for you; was it a blunder?

If life was a crystal ball
I know whose name I would call
Yes it will be you and forever you
Will we ever have another rendezvous?
